Enable Touchpad Tapping & Scrolling in Debian

Just execute the following lines:
synclient VertEdgeScroll=1
synclient HorizEdgeScroll=1
synclient TapButton1=1

If you are running fluxbox, you can add them to your startup file located in ~/.fluxbox/startup
